Freshness: upstream tracker timestamp is available; use API updated time as primary recency signal.
CVE-2016-2851 severity moderate: SUSE including 12 source package names (libotr, libotr-devel, …), 56 product×package rows across 37 product lines (SUSE Linux Enterprise Desktop 11 SP4, SUSE Linux Enterprise Desktop 12, … (37 product lines)): Fixed 42, Known Not Affected 14.
Integer overflow in proto.c in libotr before 4.1.1 on 64-bit platforms allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (memory corruption and application crash) or execute arbitrary code via a series of large OTR messages, which triggers a heap-based buffer overflow.
